NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the member and creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW on 2 April 2020 at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively. The meetings have been called for the purposes of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted in the preceding year to give any explanation that he may consider necessary.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd by no later than 12noon on 1 April 2020.
