At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ on 16 February 2024 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Scott G Bastick, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 16 February 2024 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Scott G Bastick of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ, as Liquidator of the company.
