A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 07532111) of The Mews, Queen Street, Colyton, EX24 6JU presented on the 13 June 2022 by Adrian Clarke of 7 Essington Court, Mount Pleasant Avenue, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 4QU (the Petitioner) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Business & Property Courts in Bristol, The Bristol Civil Justice Centre, 2 Redcliff Street BS1 6GR, on Tuesday 16 August 2022, at 14.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
