NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator intends to declare a First and Final Distribution to Unsecured Creditors.

Creditors must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator at LA Business Recovery Limited,1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT by 20 October 2020.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Note: It is anticipated that all known Creditors will be paid in full.
