At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named LLP, duly convened, and held on 9 April 2020, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the LLP be and is hereby wound up under a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation procedure and is now in Liquidation.

That Virgil Harsham Levy of LA Business Recovery Limited (the “Liquidator”) be appointed liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the LLP.
