"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) and James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
