Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 May 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Yiannis Koumettou of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Yiannis Koumettou of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA was not confirmed, and Nicholas Paul Myers (IP No. 18450) and Emma Louise Thompson (IP No. 21030) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
