Notice is hereby given that on 3 September 2019, a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Fazteck Limited craving the court inter alia that Fazteck Limited, having its Registered Office at Block 4, Nobel Road, West Gourdie Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD4 4UH be wound up by the court and that Kenneth Robert Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Finlay House, 10 – 14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators and after service, intimation and advertisement Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 3 September 2019 appointed the said Kenneth Robert Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, aforesaid, as Joint Provisional Liquidators and ordained any persons if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
