A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 72 Friars Avenue, London SW15 3DU presented by G8 CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (In Liquidation) whose registered office address is situate at Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 24 July 2019 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 11 September 2019 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 10 September 2019.
