THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the FINAL MEETING of the above named company will be held at 10.00am on 29 July 2022 at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of a company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD or by email to gscott@mccambridgeduffy.com no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
