Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Solomon Nakar and Andrew John Whelan of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 4EQ be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

The subsequent creditors' decision did not confirm Adam Nakar and Andrew Whelan as Joint Liquidators, and Richard Tonks (IP No. 016670) and Kim Richards (IP No. 024170) both of BK Plus Limited, Azzurri House, Walsall Business Park, Walsall Road, Walsall, West Midlands, WS9 0RB were appointed as Joint Liquidators in their place.
