"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Charles Michael Brook (IP No. 9157) and Michelle Lousie Chatterton (IP No. 13730) both of Poppleton & Appleby, The Media Centre, 7 Northumberland Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
