This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Sayed Hassib Troby, c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

In the event that no committee is established, the following resolutions will additionally be put to the creditors:

That the costs of Yerrill Murphy in connection with the convening of the statutory meeting of members held on 22 February 2021 together with the costs of convening a physical meeting of creditors and the preparation of the Report and Statement of Affairs provided to that meeting, be fixed at ÂŁ5,000 plus VAT, plus disbursements, with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

4. That the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference a fixed charge of ÂŁ6,000 together with 15% of aggregate realisations, all plus VAT with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

The meeting will be held at Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH on 22 February 2021 at 12.00 noon. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors. The convener has discretion to permit remote attendance to the meeting and, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic and its associated lockdown measures, has agreed to permit (and indeed recommends) remote attendance. Creditors will be provided with an invitation to attend the meeting remotely by separate email in due course.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 19 February 2021.
