At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, on 16 February 2017 at 10.30 am the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stella Davis, of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, (IP No 9585) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
