A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 1 De Montfort Square, Leicester, LE1 7ER, presented on 14 August 2024, by XEROX FINANCE LIMITED, Building 4 Uxbridge Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 24 September 2024 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 23 September 2024.
