Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TY on 14 April 2020 at 11.00 am the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Richard Brewer (IP No. 9038) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
