At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held virtually on 15 January 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 15 January 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Trevor John Binyon and Gareth David Wilcox as Joint Liquidators.
