the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an

Ordinary Resolution respectively:

Unit 2 Spinnaker Court 1C Becketts Place Hampton Wick Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be and

is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
