Notice is hereby given that on 11 December 2018 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Elgin Sheriff Court by Mark Ian McAllister and Jack Robertson as directors of Falcon Building Supplies Limited, craving the Court that Falcon Building Supplies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 5 Westerton Road, Keith Moray, AB55 5FL (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 13 December 2016 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Elgin Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor (central) LLP, 7 Queens Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD to be provisional liquidators with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
