Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 03 June 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that it should be wound up voluntarily.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 3 June 2016 the appointment of Stephen Hunt, of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG, (IP No. 9183) was confirmed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.
