A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Faiths Lane Apartments Limited (07933710) of 83 Ducie Street, Manchester M1 2JQ, 83 Ducie Street, Manchester M1 2JQ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Hotels and similar accommodation, presented on Thursday 27 June 2019, at 10:00 by E.ON ENERGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED, of Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 19 August 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
