NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 15 July 2022 at 10:00, for the purpose of those provided for in Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to PKF GM, 15 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD by 16:00 on 14 July 2022.

The convener of the meeting is Mr Simon Fairhurst, a director of the Company.

On 5 July 2022 a creditor of the Company issued a ‘Notice of Objection’ to the deemed consent procedure, instead requesting that a virtual meeting of Creditors be convened. Per this request, Mr Simon Fairhurst is now convening a virtual meeting of creditors.

The meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
