At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Hendon Hall Hotel, Ashley Lane, Hendon, London NW4 1HF on 25 November 2016 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Alan Simon, of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY and Jamie Taylor, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, SS1 2EG, (IP Nos. 8635 and 2748) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
