"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Edward Butt (IP No. 9108) and James Douglas Ernle Money (IP No. 8999) both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
