At a general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at 30 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 6XJ on 5 December 2019 at 10.15 am the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Scott-Moncrieff, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that any power conferred on him by the company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone."
