Notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 62 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 7.3 and 2.26A of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the company by correspondence will be held at Moorfields Advisory Limited, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF on 14 March 2019 at 11.00 am to approve the basis of the Administrators’ remuneration and to decide if a committee of creditors should be established. A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting only if he has lodged a claim in writing with me at or before the meeting and it has been accepted in whole or in part for voting purposes. For the purposes of entitlement to vote, claims are calculated as at the date on which the company entered administration. The notice of business by correspondence must be completed and returned to me by 12.00 noon on 13 March 2019.
