At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1PG on 04 April 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolutions and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gillian Margaret Sayburn and Gerald Maurice Krasner, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1PG, (IP Nos 10830 and 005532) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
