At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Pembroke Rissington Road, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 2DZ, on 25 June 2019, at 4:00 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Carolynn Jean Best and Richard Frank Simms, of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
