At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 05/12/2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

Special Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purposes of the winding up.”

Ordinary Resolution:

“That Margaret Carter of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.”

“That the Liquidators fees and disbursements be fixed at £3,000 Plus VAT inclusive of disbursements together with any out of pocket expenses incurred, and may be drawn on account.”
