Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 May 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Fallows, Alessandro Sidali and Peter John Anderson of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 29 May 2020 the Joint Liquidators were removed and replaced by Rob Adamson (IP No. 9380) and Mike Kienlen (IP No. 9367) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS.
