A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 4th Floor Friary Court, 13-21 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3DL presented on 12 February 2020, by Michel Wayne Harper of Tanyards Farm, Woodhill Lane, Shamley Green, GU5 0SP, sole director of the Company, will be heard at the The Business and Property Courts at London, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 1 April 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
