Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 25 November 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Fourth Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
