Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 November 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David John Blenkarn and Gregory Andrew Palfrey, both of Smith & Williamson LLP, Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2BG, (IP Nos. 6676 and 9060) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 24 November 2016 the appointment of David John Blenkarn and Gregory Andrew Palfrey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
