“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and Frank Wessely (IP No. 7788) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
