At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Compound 4, Zone 1 Deeside Industrial Estate, Deeside, CH5 2LR on 21 October 2020 at 15.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) and Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
