"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jack Callow (IP No. 25210) and Malcolm Rhodes (IP No. 25892) both of Bishop Fleming LLP, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, BS1 6FL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
