"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Cacho (IP No. 11012) and Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
