A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 19 Hall Green Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B71 3JS presented on 14 October 2022 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14A Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 29 November 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
