A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Station Yard, Station Road, Hele, Exeter, Devon, EX5 4PL presented on 7 October 2022 by RGB Recruitment Limited of Meriden Hall Main Road, Meriden, Coventry, West Midlands, CV7 7PT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 23 November 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 22 November 2022.
