NOTICE is hereby given that on 9 July 2019 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Close Brothers Limited, trading as Close Brothers Asset Finance, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 00195626 and having its registered office at 10 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4FT, craving the court inter alia that Executive Limos Ltd, (registered number SC534507) a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 35 West Main Street, Armadale, Bathgate, EH48 3PZ be wound up by the Court and that Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG and Steven Philip Ross, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4AD be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 9 July 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden S Rd, Livingston EH54 6FF within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
