"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB and Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
