WE GIVE NOTICE that Edward Kerr (IP number: 9021) and Francis Graham Newton (IP number: 9310) of BDO LLP, Regent House, Clinton Avenue, Nottingham NG5 1AZ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 13 June 2018. All debts and claims should be sent to us at BDO LLP, Business Restructuring, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH.

Creditors with a claim for a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less) should submit their claim in writing in order to vote, but not for dividend purposes. Such creditors are treated as proved and no proof of debt is required unless the amount is incorrect.
