At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at New Bridge Street, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ on 21 December 2018 at 10.15 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be and are hereby appointed as the Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly or separately."
