Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 July 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) and Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, IP1 1TT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
