“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up and that they act either jointly or separately.”
