Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 September 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carrie James of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG be appointed Liquidator of the Company". At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Carrie James as Liquidator was not confirmed and Peter Wastell (IP No. 9119) of Verulam Advisory, Rivers Lodge, West Common, Harpenden, Herts AL5 2JD was appointed Liquidator.
