Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018,that the directors of the above-named Company the ‘convener’ is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a virtual meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 28 April 2020. The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting by conference call, on 28 April 2020, at 10.15 am. Details of how to access the virtual meeting is available upon request from the contact details below. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the nominated Liquidator using the details below. A completed proxy form must be lodged with the Liquidator nominated by the Company (together with a completed proof of debt form if a creditor has not already lodged one) no later than 4pm on the business day prior to the meeting to entitle a creditor to vote by proxy at the meeting. Jamie Playford (IP No. 9735) of Leading, Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norwich, NR2 1AD, being an individual qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company will, during the period before the virtual meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
