"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elliot Harry Green (IP No. 9260) of Oliver Elliot Chartered Accountants, Dephna House, 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2JU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
