“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Dowers (IP No. 14450) and Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
