Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Timothy James Heaselgrave (IP No. 9193) of The Timothy James Partnership Limited, Darwin House, 7 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7JJ be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 17 February 2021, the appointments of Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, First Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX were confirmed and that Timothy Heaselgrave was give his release.
